Assistant Manager -CSR Walk in & Payment, Card/PIL

Responsibilities:
• The incumbent will be responsible to ensure smooth operations in Credit Card Banking Hall as well as manage payments, customer complaints and inquiries

Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably in selling cards
  • Bachelor & Master degree from a reputable university
  • Must have good command in both spoken and written English
  • Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, supervisory / leadership skill, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
  • Must be ready to follow selection/recruitment process in Surabaya (for candidate outside Surabaya
  • Willing to be located in Surabaya
